Located underneath the city of Ba Sing Se, the Crystal Catacombs are huge chambers and passageways made out of rocks and crystals. Formerly used as prison cells, the Catacombs are filled with twists and turns. And although the area is considered unstable, many still venture down there; whether it be in search of some form of spiritual connection, to get away from gang members looking to recruit, or simply for the fun of it.
